Generix Limited is pleased to announce the release of CONNX 11 SP3. Building on CONNX 11’s core technology, this release includes a metadata comparison tool, 64 bit Unix and Linux support, performance and ease of use improvements, and enhanced support for VSAM.

“Systems, architecture and environments continue to change rapidly, often with far reaching implications. CONNX continues to be improved and enhanced in order for our customers to keep abreast of ever changing technology to remain competitive”, stated Leonard Klejnow, Director of Business Development at Generix Limited.

The CDD Comparison Tool, quickly identifies differences and changes in metadata and can be used as part of a pro-active change control mechanism as well as a diagnostic facility.

CONNX 64-bit Unix and Linux Support

In addition to 64 bit support for Windows, CONNX 11 now has both 64 bit and 32 bit client support for Linux, AIX, Solaris and HPUX.

“Customers can now deploy applications on 64 bit or 32 bit and use CONNX as the glue that seamlessly joins all their enterprise data”, said Anthony Lightfoot, Product Manager at Generix Limited.
